Leader of the Week - Aubrey Hughes!

I am very excited to be named Leader of the Week! I have been developing my professional and leadership skills with Walker Marketing & Consultants since October, and I truly enjoy coming to work every day. We have a great team environment here. It is fast-paced, energetic, and goal-oriented. I look forward to continuing my growth here at WM&C.

I am a proud graduate of Ohio University. I received my Bachelors of Science in Health Services Administration. While there, I participated in different school organizations as well as club sports. The leadership and business experiences I received while in school, coupled with the great opportunities here at WM&C, have given me a great foundation for success. I cannot wait to see what 2012 has to offer!

Meet Your HR Manager!

I am currently in school for Graphic Design at Columbus State Community College and grew up right here Dublin. I started out at Walker Marketing & Consultants in July 2011 just like anyone else, as an Account Manager. Instantly I fell in love with this company. Everyone is so eager to help you reach your goals and aspire to management. In December I secured my position as Human Resources Assistant, and in March became the Human Resources Manager.

At WM&C you learn skills essential to any and every business, regardless of the field. The value this company places on its team members is unmatched, and the experience gained invaluable. I am so excited for 2012, and I look forward to seeing many new faces around the office as we race toward our goals!

Leader of the Week - Tim Martin!

This is my first time achieving Leader of the Week, and I am very excited. I have been a part of Walker Marketing & Consultants for about a month now. I have really enjoyed growing and developing as a professional in such a team-oriented environment. I feel privileged to be surrounded by co-workers who helped me with the transition and played such an important role in my early development at WM&C. 

I recently graduated with my Bachelors in Business from Ohio Dominican University. While enrolled, I became involved in varsity athletics as well as several intramural sports. I owe much of my recent business and collegiate success to my support system at home, and to the wonderful family I have been blessed with. I look forward to a productive year in the office and to moving collectively toward our goals!

Leader of the Week - Cory Sholl!

I am very excited to be named Leader of the Week this week.  I have only been with the company for a little over a month now, but I have already taken away so many important things from Brandon and the other leaders in the office.  I am excited to have already started my team and look forward to adding another member in the coming weeks. 

I am a recent graduate of The Ohio State University where I earned my Bachelors Degree in Communications.  Both the time I spent there, along with my time at WM&C so far, have helped shape me into a driven, dedicated, and detail-oriented person. I am excited to think of what 2012 will bring!

Leader of the Week - Zach Zwelling!

It's a great honor to be named leader of the week. The team environment in our office is something I don't take for granted, and I enjoy coming to work every day. I've been with WM&C for about a year now, and I am excited to achieve a management role in the coming months. I consider myself to be very competitive, encouraging, and family-oriented. I'm a proud graduate of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. While working on my Bachelors in Economics, I joined the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, took part in intramural sports, and was consistently making honor roll. The time I've spent both at OU and here at WM&C has helped develop me into a dedicated and motivated entrepreneur. I'm looking forward to what 2012 will bring for both me and this company as a whole! Leader of the Week - Katelyn Lilly!

I am very excited to be nominated leader of the week again! I started with the company in June and have been developing my skills in consistency and self-management ever since. Now I’m earning more responsibility – interviewing, training, and teaching others to manage themselves and be consistent as well. I love what I do. Being able to give others the same opportunity I was given is a great feeling. I’ve both participated in and run business trips. One of the best experiences I’ve had here was going to Chicago and meeting successful people from all over the United States. It’s also great to meet new people and build relationships. It was awesome to see the person that trained and developed me open their own office in New Jersey. I am really looking forward to being in a management position. I know that if I continue to work hard and stay focused, I’ll make my parents proud!
